To convert older GEM part numbers to Polaris part numbers, use the following chart. Use Ctrl + F to search and enter the older part number.
From the drop-down menu, input your vehicle's information. You can enter it manually, select a vehicle from your Garage (if logged in) or enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Once completed, click GO.
You then will be prompted to choose an assembly.
For example, let’s find a bushing for one of the front control arms on a 2019 GEM E4. So we’re looking for the front control arm assembly. Under SUSPENSION, we'll select FRONT CONTROL ARMS.
After selecting the assembly, you’ll see a diagram — which can be zoomed in or out — with part numbers that correspond to the listings below.
The bushing is item 2. So if we scroll down to 2, we’ll find that it is part number 5139587 and costs $6.99. Here it also can be added to your shopping cart. Note that the default quantity is the number that comes with the complete assembly. In this case, that is four. To only order one, change the quantity to 1 before adding it to your cart.
Some parts will show multiple part listings for the same item number. The part you need depends on which color or model your vehicle is.
Your GEM Dealer can help you find the correct part for your vehicle. To find a dealer near you, use the Dealer Locator.
Note that some older parts displayed in the parts catalog no longer are available from GEM. Contact your local GEM Dealer for availability. Additionally, any item shown on the schematic comes as a unit of 1. If you need multiples of an item you must adjust the amount you order.
Consumer warning: In order for work to be performed safely and correctly, many parts replacement procedures and repair procedures must be done by trained GEM service technicians in a properly equipped shop. You must read the service manual and be familiar with the service procedures before starting the work. Certain procedures require the use of special tools that are not available to the general public and your dealer will have to perform these procedures for you as necessary. If you have any doubt as to your ability to perform any of the procedures outlined in the service manual, contact an authorized GEM Dealer for service. Procedures indicated to be performed by dealers only could void your warranty if performed incorrectly. The failure to follow correct procedures and use correct tools could result in serious injury or death.
